Go Hard

Who can tell me how many weeks of classes are left? There really aren’t too many weeks until Finals week (print your ready to go Exam Schedule HERE)

SGA Campaigning has begun

You might notice new imagesigns in your classrooms. The yearly SGA election season is upon us. I have yet to find a good list of all the candidates, and there probably won’t be one until the Technique runs their article on the elections on Friday hopefully, if not next Friday.

Remember that you vote for President, Vice-President, and your class Representatives (based on credit hours I think). The elections will be online HERE starting @ 1PM on Friday 3 April until 4 PM Wednesday 8 April.

There will be “Meet Your Candidate” events on Thursday, March 26th 11AM-1PM @ Skiles (Exec. Candidates and Class Representatives), AND an Executive Debate Tuesday, March 31st 11AM-1PM @ the Campanile.

Your Floor Wants to Break a WORLD RECORDGT World Record Attempt

You might’ve heard by now, 2nd Fitten is working its way into the Guinness Book of Records. We’re trying to have the world’s largest three-legged race (by # of participants). We need YOUR help! Join the group (on Facebook) here.

The Road To Tampa Bay officially begins Today

Georgia Tech Football will have its first football practice today at the Rose Bowl Field. Join ACC COTY Paul Johnson and ACC POTY Jon Dwyer @ 3:30 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as the Ramblin Wreck prepares to go Full Steam Ahead!

Can’t Make It There?

No worries, I’ll be live-blogging the practices @ by Georgia Tech Sports Blog: North Avenue Bulletin.

Speaking of the North Avenue Bulletin…

I want to make this Blog a Student run blog. Right now there are dozens of GT related websites and blogs, but only 1 Student GT blog.

I’m looking for anyone with any interest or any technical skills to come join me as a collaborator, or photographer, or webmaster, or anything. No experience necessary. This is just a for fun thing, and at the very least you can put it on your résumé.

What’s the Good Word?

Some of you might’ve heard me complain that students have lost their emphasis on the “TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!” while we sing the fight song after the 45-42 victory last November.

Come prove me wrong and cheer LOUD as #3 ranked Georgia Tech hosts the #1 ranked Dawgs this Wednesday @ 6PM Russell “Rusty C” Chandler Stadium (across from the Klaus building). CLEAN OLD FASHIONED HATE!

If you haven’t already done so, please fill out this QUICK 2 minute survey for our floor. I’d like to get about 25-30 responses before presenting the results. (LINK HERE)
